Boiled Edamame with Salt and Seasonings Recipe

This simple boiled edamame recipe is ideal for a healthy snack or appetiser. These soybeans, seasoned with salt, garlic powder, and chilli powder, are high in protein and flavor.

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 6 minutes
  • Total Time: 16 minutes

Instructions

  • In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  • To the water, add 1 tablespoon of salt.
  • Boil 1 pound of fresh edamame for 5-6 minutes, or until the beans are tender.
  • Drain the edamame and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Toss the edamame with 1 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 teaspoon chilli powder to coat evenly.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
