Instructions

  • Sauté the onion and garlic in a large pot until softened.
  • Combine the lentils, beans, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, cumin, chilli powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low heat and continue to cook for 30-40 minutes, or until the lentils are tender.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
